What is CBD

CBD, or cannabidiol, is a non-psychoactive compound found in the cannabis plant.
CBD is often extracted from hemp, a variety of the cannabis plant that contains very low levels of THC. This makes CBD products legal in many states, as long as they contain less than a certain amount of THC (usually 0.3% or less).

CBD has been studied for its potential health benefits, and it is believed to interact with the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS), which plays a role in regulating various physiological and cognitive processes.
